Overview:
This series of ammonia decomposition generator is composed by decomposition machine, purifier and electric control system. This machine decomposes ammonia under the condition of a certain temperature and effect of catalyst into a kind of mixed gas which includes 75% hydrogen and 25% nitrogen.

Features:
①. Reliable performance and long service life:
Core parts adopts 0 cr25ni20 stainless steel seamless tube which is high temperature resistant and corrosion resistant, which ensures the longer working life in the high temperature and strong corrosive environment. The heating elements is made of nickel chromium alloy which has excellent mechanical properties under high temperature condition, to make the whole system longer service life.
②. Electricity and water saving:
It does not need water in process, saving water effectively, and uses the decomposition gas heat to preheat the ammonia gas, saving electricity power.
③. Less investment:
Mature technology, compact structure, integrated furnace body, less occupied area, and simple operation. No extra infrastructure investment required. At the installation site, simply connects the power source, and the air source can make the hydrogen.
④. Widely application:
It can meet the most demand of hydrogen using, especially in the fields of metal heat treatment, powder metallurgy, electronics and so on.
⑤. Low operating cost:
Low investment, cheap raw materials of liquid ammonia, low energy consumption, high efficiency, and low operating cost. It is the most economical source of nitrogen hydrogen mixture protection atmosphere.
The mixed gas is widely used:
- Used as protection gas in the bright annealing process for strips, wire tubing and standard parts.
- Used in sintering process for powder metallurgy, tungsten molybdenum materials, had alloys and electronic materials, etc..
- Used as the protection gas in tin slot in float glass production.
- Used in sintering process of high temperature refractory materials.
- Used as reduction gas in chemical industry.
